Returns & Refunds
Within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the products and the products have not been used. All products should be returned in their original packaging (including the cardboard folded between the products and all retail packaging).
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item by post, please follow these steps for a smooth and efficient process:
1. **Request Return Authorization:** Contact our customer service team within 14 days by mail info@paradecor.co.uk of your purchase to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
This number is essential for processing your return.
2. **Prepare the Package:**
Repack the items securely in their original packaging, including any tags, labels, or promotional items that came with your purchase. Ensure that the products are in their original condition.
3. **Include Documentation:**
Complete the Returns Form on your despatch note and include it with the item. If you no longer have the despatch note, please include the following information with the return:
Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number
Email address
Order number
A brief description of the item
Repack the item as securely as possible and send it to:

4. **Shipping:**
Use a reliable postal service of your choice to send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to protect against any loss or damage during transit, as PARA DECOR is not responsible for return shipments that do not reach us.
5. **Return Confirmation:**
Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. We will then process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is completed.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Yes, at PARA DECOR, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to exchange an item you bought online, please follow these steps:

2. **Provide Order Details**: Have your order number, product details, and reason for exchange ready. This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.

4. **Exchange Processing**: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange and send you a replacement item. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item is on its way.
On occasion your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by us.
If your replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed allow up to 10 working days for your credit to be processed back to your account.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
